The Day of Halloween



It was Halloween, everyone was wearing their costumes.  Some were robots, others princesses, but the costume that caught the most eyes was Jack Brown's costume.  He was a psychologist with all the equipment, but the reason he got the most attention was because he brought his dog to school. His dog was his patient and the dog was wearing glasses.  The dog was a nerd. It was hysterical and everybody laughed, even the teachers. Jack won the Funniest costume and the Best Partner costume. Everything was good except that we weren't allowed to bring pets to school so Jack got detention, but he was still happy!

    A great story that made me laugh, especially the ending. You have really focused on details in your writing and it helps the reader create a picture in their head.

    Haha Jack must have been very determined to win the funniest costume award if he brought his dog along too. I can imagine how funny the dog would have looked with the nerd costume. Nice story-telling and enjoyable to read as well. Keep up the good work!

100wc Week#21

title        I was strolling through the park when I saw some tree statues they looked like they were doing yoga. I spotted a sign and walked toward it, it said they were sacred trees doing their traditional dance as they prayed for peace. As I walked away they gave me this weird kind of vibe like they were watching me. The next day I brought my friend Siena, to see the statues. I showed her the sign and what it said. It read the same thing except at the bottom it said in loving memory of Haley Jack thats me thats my name. For the next few weeks of my life I was carefully doing everything that was on my bucket list.
